Out-of-Town Bridesmaid Order Form

Please note the following sales conditions:

  • If you are 5’7″ or taller, you may need extra length ordered for an additional fee.
  • If you are over a size 16, depending on the designer, you may be charged an additional fee.
  • All sales are final; no returns, no cancellations, or exchanges.
  • If you become pregnant or gain weight, an additional fee will be charged for alterations.
  • Out-of-town bridesmaids must do alterations no later than a week before wedding and must have appointments set up in advance.
  • We do not ship out dresses. Arrangements must be made to have someone come pick up the dress from the store. We can have it boxed and ready to ship.
  • I accept the size chosen from the designer’s size chart.
  • I authorize Konja’s Bridal to charge any outstanding amounts due for this purchase to the credit card on file.
