Are appointments required?
Yes, we do require appointments at our salon for browsing or trying on. Please call the salon directly at 248.545.4076 so we can accommodate your schedule.
How long does it take to order a wedding gown?
5 to 8 months, depending on the designer.
How long does it take to order bridemaid or flower girl dresses?
3 1/2 to 4 months, depending on the designer.
Are photos or videos allowed?
No photos or videos are allowed of wedding gowns until your own dress has arrived. However, you are allowed to take photos of bridesmaid dresses prior to purchasing them.
What if I don’t have much time to order?
We will be glad to check with the designer that you like to see if we can do a rush order for an additional fee.
Once I order, can I cancel?
No, due to the nature of our business, everything is a final sale whether it is a special order or something purchased from our stock.
Are alterations done at the store?
Yes, all alterations are done at the store.
How soon should I start on my alterations for my gown or my bridesmaids’?
Wedding gown alterations should be started at least 8 to 6 weeks in advance of the wedding and bridesmaid dresses 6 to 4 weeks in advance.
Can I get my gown altered at your salon if I purchased it at another store?
Yes, please call the salon for an appointment to get a price quote.
How much time do I have to look once I have an appointment set up?
Appointments for looking are about 1 to 2 hours long.
